Alasan Kena Serangan Jantung Saat Nonton Bola
VIVAnews - Seorang pria di Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan, meninggal dunia ketika menonton Gonzales memasukan gol ke gawang Malaysia di pertandingan semifinal Indonesia versus Malaysia, Minggu 19 Desember 2010 lalu. Hal ini sangat mengejutkan, sebab pria tersebut meninggal hanya dalam hitungan detik. Penyebab meninggalnya diperkirakan karena serangan jantung.
“Dalam kasus menonton bola, pada beberapa orang yang punya riwayat jantung koroner, hal itu bisa terjadi. Namun, bagi orang yang tak punya riwayat jantung koroner, serangan jantung tetap bisa terjadi, karena mengabaikan gejala yang ada atau memang langsung terjadi kematian mendadak (sudden death),” kata dr. Jetty Sedyawan, spesialis penyakit jantung, saat dihubungi VIVAnews.
Manifestasi atau gejala jantung koroner ada lima. Pertama, sakit dada. Kedua, gangguan irama jantung. Ketiga, sesak napas. Keempat serangan jantung, dan kelima sudden death. Ada kasus serangan jantung yang didahului dengan gejala seperti jantung berdebar-bedar, atau sesak napas tetapi ada juga yang langsung mengalami kematian mendadak.

The rise in Cardiovascular Diseases (CVD) reflects a significant change in diet habits, physical activity levels, and tobacco consumption worldwide as a result of industrialization, urbanization, economic development and food market globalization. Coronary heart disease (CHD), one of the most common and serious forms of CVD, causes more deaths in the developed countries and developing countries than any other disease.



The perioperative care course is a Professional Practice is designed specifically for Surgery and Anesthesia, Obstetric Gyn, Cardiology and Internal medicine registered doctors / PPDS ; But Basic Cardiovascular perioperative course could be participated by nurses and general practitioners /GP and they are who working within the operating department.
